Conditions and Restrictions of Service

1. The service provided

Landopa is a software-as-a-service platform for building, publishing and running landing pages: a section-based page builder, templates, hosting on a landopa.com subdomain or your own domain, export and deployment to third-party hosts, lead-capture forms, analytics, an AI writing assistant and agency tools. We do not sell physical goods.

2. Who may use Landopa

To open an account or buy a Plan you must:

• be at least 18 years old with full civil legal capacity, or act on behalf of a lawfully established business or organisation that you are authorised to bind;
• sign in with a Habify Account and keep your account details accurate;
• not open several accounts to receive free trials more than once, and not buy, sell or transfer accounts.

3. Plans and quotas

What you can do depends on your Plan. Each Plan has its own quotas, such as the number of published pages, leads stored per month, AI uses and custom domains, as listed on the Pricing page. When a quota is reached, the related action is blocked until the next period or until you upgrade. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service for all users.

4. Billing regions

Vietnam billing uses a prepaid Credit balance in VND topped up through Vietnamese payment gateways. Billing outside Vietnam uses PayPal subscriptions in USD. Your billing country is locked after your first successful payment, and you must not misstate it to obtain a different price or payment method.

5. Technical conditions

You need an Internet connection and a current version of a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox). Custom domains require you to own the domain and to set the DNS records we show you. Deployment to Vercel, Netlify, Surge or similar providers uses your own account with that provider and is subject to its terms and limits. We aim to keep Landopa available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

6. Content you may not publish

You may not use Landopa to create, host or promote pages that:

• offer goods or services that are prohibited, or conditional goods or services without the licences required by Vietnamese law;
• contain fraud, phishing, malware, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes or misleading advertising;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of others, or impersonate another person or brand;
• contain pornographic, violent, hateful or defamatory content, or content against the interests of the State or Vietnamese social order;
• collect personal data without a lawful basis and a clear privacy notice to visitors;
• send spam, or attack, overload or probe the service or other systems.

7. Your responsibility for published pages

You are solely responsible for your pages, the offers on them and the leads you collect. Where the law requires it, your pages must show that you, not Landopa, are the business offering the goods or services. Landopa is a technical tool and is not a party to transactions between you and your visitors.

8. Our right to refuse or restrict the service

We may refuse service, unpublish a page or suspend an account that breaches these conditions, the Terms of Service or the law, or when required by a competent authority. For minor breaches that can be fixed, we give notice and reasonable time to fix them first.
