Pricing Policy

1. Where prices are published

Current prices of every Plan and add-on, with the features and quotas each one includes, are published on the Pricing page (landopa.com/pricing). The same price is shown again in the checkout summary before you pay, and you are only charged after you confirm it.

2. What we sell

Landopa is sold as a subscription to a software service. There are no physical goods.

• Free Plan: free of charge, with the features and quotas listed on the Pricing page.
• Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency): billed monthly or yearly. A yearly period costs less than twelve monthly periods.
• Add-ons, such as Hosted lead storage: billed monthly on top of a Plan.
• Some paid Plans include a free trial (currently 7 days for Starter, 14 days for Pro and 30 days for Agency). Each user can try each Plan once.

3. Prices at the time of this update

For reference, on the date shown above the list prices were:

• Vietnam billing (VND, VAT included): Starter 199,000 VND/month or 1,990,000 VND/year; Pro 499,000 VND/month or 4,990,000 VND/year; Agency 1,200,000 VND/month or 12,000,000 VND/year; Hosted lead storage add-on 49,000 VND/month.
• Billing outside Vietnam (USD, taxes excluded): Starter 9 USD/month or 90 USD/year; Pro 19 USD/month or 190 USD/year; Agency 49 USD/month or 490 USD/year; Hosted lead storage add-on 1.9 USD/month.

If these figures differ from the Pricing page, the Pricing page and the checkout summary prevail.

4. Currency, taxes and fees

Your billing country decides your currency:

• Vietnam: prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and include value-added tax (VAT). Plans are paid from a prepaid Credit balance; every Credit top-up receives a VAT e-invoice. Any payment-gateway fee is shown as a separate line in the checkout summary before you pay.
• Outside Vietnam: prices are in US dollars (USD) through PayPal and exclude any taxes, duties or charges your own country may impose on you.

5. Upgrades, downgrades and renewals

When you upgrade during a paid period, the unused value of your current Plan is credited towards the new Plan, as shown in the checkout summary. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect from the next renewal. Paid Plans renew automatically until you cancel; details are in the Payment & Refund Policy.

6. Promotions

We may run promotions or discount codes. Their value, conditions and validity period are announced with each promotion and are applied in the checkout summary before you pay.

7. Price changes

We may change prices. Price changes are announced by email or in your dashboard at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal after that date. They never apply to a period you have already paid for or to Credit you have already topped up. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
